The water cooler was designed according to ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1, API 682 is specially designed and tested to be used in high pressure. Built with a retractable coil, drain and vent make easier maintenance.
The ATC-585 coolant is based on the properties of minimum flow of 5 ppm and minimum at 50°C. The standard welding requirements meet the ASME IX norms. Every cooler tested according to ASME, 1.5 times design pressure. The carbon steel shell is cleaned and painted for the chemical ambient attack. Please, specify suitable material, connection, and options for your application. Viton is used as a standard material for flange gaskets.
