SKID & STRUCTURE FABRICATION

ATC has capability to manufacture small as well as huge Skid Structures having simple & complex piping including valves, tubing, instruments, pumps, motors etc.

ATC has successfully completed 8 Mtr W X 9.5 Mtr L X 24 Mtr H complex piping & vessel package skid (Distillation Unit) project in 2021 pandemic for US Origin, Spain based client.Including concrete foundation and erection after assembly at Pune factory site.

In this package, all types of stationary as well as rotating equipments wiz. WFE, Heat exchangers, reservoirs, Pressure vessels and condensers have been assembled as per Isometric drawings, 3D viewing software and Autocad 2D drawings.

Apart from this Project, ATC has also completed ILB & Dye Skid project for reputed US based MNC.
